Jackson native, Mariah Taylor, has been selected to participate in an education and training event in Las Vegas hosted by Cisco Systems from June 12–16. Taylor is a full-time student and part-time employee at Hinds CC studying computer networking, computer programming and software engineering on the Raymond Campus. Taylor and other students selected worldwide will work with Cisco specialists and engineers to set up and maintain a networking operating center, while supporting additional needs at the event.
