Silver Alert Issued for JSU Senior Kamilah Fipps
The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has issued a silver alert for Jackson State University student Kamilah Fipps, 21, a senior from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She is five feet, five inches, weighing 130 pounds, with black locks/hair and dark brown eyes. She wears gold metal rimmed glasses.
Fipps was last seen on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 19 at her residence hall.
