HCSO is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 9:30 PM, Saturday night, in
the 3100 block of Wynndale Rd. in Terry.
Brandon Nix, B/M-27, was shot twice by Michael Harvey, Jr., B/M-24, following an altercation. Harvey was arrested on scene and charged w/ murder. Both the victim and suspect knew eachother and a witness at the scene was detained and interviewed. A handgun was also recovered from the scene.
This investigation is ongoing.
