On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Jackson Academy standout Reyfield Adams, III’s current college team, the Alcorn State Braves, lost 12-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils.

The game took place at Magnolia Field. This was their first matchup against the Delta Devils this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. at Willie E. “Rat” McGowan Stadium against Manhattan Jaspers.
