On Friday, Feb. 14, former Jackson Preparatory School standouts Eli Berch and Thaxton Berch’s current college team, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, won 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Maine Black Bears.

The game took place at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park. This was their first matchup against the Black Bears this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park against Maine Black Bears.
