On Friday, April 4, former Terry High School standouts Chance Jackson and Gavin Caston’s current college team, the Alcorn State Braves, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Southern Tigers.

The game took place at Willie E. “Rat” McGowan Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Willie E. “Rat” McGowan Stadium against Texas Southern Tigers.
