Of the 5,187 students enrolled in Clinton Public School District in the 2023-24 school year, 55.3% were Black, according to the Mississippi Department of Education.

This is a 0.5% decrease from the previous school year.

Among the seven schools in the district, Clinton High School had the largest enrollment of Black students in the 2023-24 school year.

A snapshot of Clinton Public School District’s student body showed that 55.3% of students were Black, 32.6% were white, 5.6% were Asian, 3.4% were Hispanic, and 2.8% were multiracial.

Clinton Public School District roughly covers seven schools within Hinds County and has a main office in Clinton.
